There were many late-night telephone calls, texts, and tears confronting some terrible truths about our past relationships, and re-introducing ourselves to each other again.
It required a lot of heavy emotional work, soul work, and getting vulnerable by opening up to one another… the process of reuniting, we talked about anything and everything—nothing was off limits!
And many of our discussions centered around mental health and sexual wellness.
Based on our own experiences, and reflecting on the experiences of so many other people we know, we quickly realized that a lot of people are missing out on fulfilling relationships with their partners, themselves and not having fulfilling sex lives. They’re lacking pure joy, self love, peace and consistency, great sex, and all the incredible benefits that come along with these things. No lukewarm vibes here... we need the heat.
This is exactly why we created Made Hot: to provide a trusted, go-to resource for all things mental, emotional, physical, and sexual wellness, so humans across the world can live their best, most satisfying lives possible—filled with endless amounts of pleasure, joy, confidence, and happiness!

Anna Nowak is Co-CEO and
Co-founder of Made Hot, an online platform surrounding relationships, mental health, self-love, and sexual wellness. Originally from Poland, her family fled communism and the Cold War in 1984. At five years old, her family and identical twin sister, Alicia, immigrated to Stockholm, Sweden, where they’ve been residing ever since. With a history of careers ranging from hospitality and service to creating a successful corporate construction company with her late husband and brother-in-law, Anna has helped businesses bring in huge numbers, a great amount of clients, and impressive references. Anna is fluent in three languages and brings her vast career knowledge and entrepreneurial wisdom, alongside her and her sisters shared creativity, communication, and leadership skills, to Made Hot. Anna showcases her full-scale entrepreneurship through achieving her mission with Made Hot: opening up the world to their deepest desires through discussing relationships, sexual wellness, and self-exploration.

Alicia Berg is the Co-CEO and
Co-founder of Made Hot, an online platform surrounding relationships, mental health, self-love, and sexual wellness. Originally from Poland, her family fled communism and the Cold War in 1984. At five years old, her family and identical twin sister, Anna, immigrated to Stockholm, Sweden, where they’ve been residing ever since. Alicia is fluent in three languages and brings years of social media and big-brand-influencer work experience to Made Hot. Alicia is now living happily as a mother to three girls. Her goal with Made Hot is to normalize the discussion of these taboo topics and increase the amount of good sex being had in the world. Alicia strives to promote kindness, to help others, and to make people smile, which aligns with the heart of Made Hot: to help members "Do You and Be You.”
